RIAM students and alumni join together on Monday March 5th at the National Concert Hall in a performance of Mahler’s ‘Resurrection Symphony’, (no 2). It is coupled with Kevin O’Connell’s work The young are always right, composed in 2007 for the RIAM Symphony Orchestra.

This gala event marks the 25th anniversary of the foundation of RIAMSO.

Limited seats are still available and can be obtained from the National Concert Hall

Meanwhile, you might want to listen to some of the recordings we recently added to the library:

Simon Rattle & CBSO + Arleen Augér & Janet Baker

Georg Solti & Chicago Symphony Orchestra (part of a complete set)

There is also a good choice of recordings on the Naxos Music Library
