This week is the first ever RIAM Wellness Week. We have a full schedule of events including talks, yoga, mindfulness and a screening of the documentary ‘Composed’. We hope that everyone will have a chance to participate, have fun, and learn about ways to improve your quality of life.

6.00 pm: Screening of documentary film ‘Composed’, directed by John Beder, followed by round table discussion (KBH) ALL WELCOME
